Because we provide digital services, our refund rules are different from physical product businesses. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Digital Service Nature

All services offered on https://eserviceflix.com/ are digital and delivered electronically.
This includes logo design, branding services, graphic design, social media design, and similar work.

Since digital files cannot be “returned,” traditional returns do not apply.


2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds only in the following cases:

2.1 Non-Delivery of Service

If the service was not started or delivered within the agreed timeframe.

2.2 Duplicate Payment

If you were charged twice for the same service by mistake.

2.3 Technical Issues with Payment

If your payment was processed incorrectly or failed, but you were still billed.


3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds cannot be issued in the following cases:

3.1 Completed or Delivered Services

Once a design has been delivered (even in preview or draft form), refunds are not available.

3.2 Change of Mind

Refunds cannot be granted simply because you changed your mind or no longer need the service.

3.3 Customer Non-Response

If you fail to provide required information, instructions, or feedback necessary to complete the project.

3.4 Unsatisfaction After Final Delivery

We provide revisions to ensure satisfaction, but if you refuse revisions after delivery, refunds are not offered.


4. Revisions Policy

We offer revisions according to the plan you purchased.
Revisions cannot be exchanged for refunds.


5. Project Cancellation

If you request cancellation before work has started, a partial refund may be considered depending on time and resources reserved.

Once work has begun, cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
